Building Specifications.
		The Structure of the villa is a traditional modern Thai method using reinforced concrete columns and
		steel. The columns being tied together with reinforced concrete ring beams.
		The Foundations are concrete base pads, the reinforced concrete columns sit on these foundations, they
		are approximately between 1.2 m - 1.8 m deep, by 1.2 m  by 1.2 m in diameter, reinforced with steel.
		The Columns are what the house is supported by, all of which are sat on reinforced concrete base
		pads, the columns are reinforced with steels.
		The Ring Beam that is connecting the columns together is 400mm in depth x 200mm wide, reinforced
		with steel.
		The Roof structure is made from steel, 'C' Channel Steels, manufactured by Permsin Steel Works PLC.,
		all of which undergo an on-site rust proofing.
		The Roof Tiles are a good quality concrete tile called CPAC Monier, manufactured by The CPAC Roof
		Tile Co. Ltd. CPAC has been the leading roof tile manufacturer in Thailand for the last 30 years and is
		now assisted by continuous technology development in their joint venture with Lafarge.
		The Floors consist of reinforced concrete pre cast slabs, the reinforcing coming from steels, this gives
		the whole base added strength, the slabs are then covered in steels and a concrete screed.
		The Walls. The external and internal walls are constructed from concrete cavity blocks, they assist with
		the added strength and cooling of the villa. A cement rendering is then coated externally and internally.
		The Ceilings are supported from a metal ceiling hanging system. They are finished in Gypsum boards
		manufactured by Lafarge, the world leader in building materials.
		The Doors and Windows are made from the finest Thai hardwood, all of  which will undergo weather
		proofing with wood preservative and silicon.
		3 Phase (Underground) Electricity: The electricity supply is 220v, a 3-phase electric meter is provided
		by the electricity company with a fuseboard in every house.  Three new regulated 3 pin double safety
		sockets, and three other electricity points of your choice are provided in each room throughout the villas,
		with the exclusion of the bathrooms having just three electrical points supplied. Concealed wiring and
		safety conduits are used throughout. Lighting and power points are also provided externally.
		Television and telephone. Four television points and two telephone points are provided to each villa in
		place for the cable and telephone companies to connect.
		Air conditioning. 2 air conditioning units are supplied to each villa.
		Bathrooms: A sink with hot water, vanity unit and WC is provided in each bathroom. Hot water showers
		are fitted, the walls and floors are fully tiled.
		Kitchen: There is a European fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, oven, hob, extractor, sink and fridge
		freezer.
		Swimming pool: There are many different shaped and sized swimming pools and spas to choose from
		all of which include pool lights. The swimming pools are constructed from 300mm concrete walls and a
		400mm concrete floor, reinforced with steels. All of the pumping equipment is manufactured by Poolrite,
		Australia or similar. Depth, approximately 1.4 meters.
		Gardens: The gardens are laid to lawn.
